Service Description

Dynamic Hatha Yoga at Olveston Parish Hall for practising yogis. Friendly class of no more than 10 participants. Practising physical postures (Asana’s), breath play (Pranayama) and Meditation in a supportive and caring environment. Thursday’s 6pm. Cost £10 per session for termly block bookings (only available at the start of term) and £12 Drop-Ins.
